KAI Receivables Management, LLC may communicate with consumers by text message regarding accounts we service or collect, including account information, payments, payment reminders, and other account-related matters. Where required by law, KAI will obtain appropriate consent before sending text messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consumers may opt out at any time by replying STOP,  or contacting KAI through the information provided on this website. KAI does not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent information for third-party marketing purposes

8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable exceptions (for example, information we are required to retain for legal, accounting, or debt-collection recordkeeping purposes).

To exercise any rights available to you, or if you have questions about the personal information we maintain about your account, please contact us using the information in Section 11 below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
